For a refund or exchange of our raw food, please return unused food to original purchase location or our Burnaby facility (with receipt from original purchase location if not the Burnaby facility).
Food must have at least 50% remaining in the package, and you will be credited for the unused portion.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for food that is less than 50% full or for food that is not present at time of return.
Please note: If you are unsure if your dog will like a particular blend – before buying a large quantity, please inquire if we have any free samples or purchase some 1lb packages to try first.
Please note: If your dog has suddenly stopped eating food, please take your dog to the vet as food refusal is a common medical sign that there may be something wrong with your dog.
